You laugh, I had to deal with that. I used to do field repair and in-house computer lesson. It took 3 sessions until this one client got use to "picking up the mouse to move it some more"

Of course, those sessions were $65 apiece, so my patience was really worth $195 in cash...

Using basic search features on the internet to look up people. i.e. anywho, etc. And it's not the actual site she's having a problem with.. it's things like.. scroll bars... buttons. Enter. etc.

 

why the hell did she get hired. i would complain. she is wasting company $$ by not knowing this stuff.
