:dunno: I think cause she's the sister of someone... but... her sister is through a temp agency.. like me. So.. I don't know what kinda pull she has. Especially when they were looking to hire for this position when they hired me.. they asked for someone who was "internet savy"

Sure it's hard when the person just doesn't seem to have the capacity to retain knowledge for more than 30 seconds but I was practically a drooling idiot when I started my current job. She might just be having difficulties processing so much new information so quickly.
Wouldn't you rather have her get answers to questions with a smile and understanding? Or she can feel stupid and not ask and end up screwing something up really bad..and you'll have to fix it.

 

Oh I would never belittle her to her face.. that's not cool. I remain calm and patient with her.. I just bitch and rant on HAN.
