Where in Cali has the best weather?

Well, I'm sure you'll learn all about the "Isla Vista Handshake" quickly enough
In Santa Barbara proper, everything dies when the bars close. There's a fraction of the cool shit like in SF... but mind you I grew up here, so I'm completely used to everything in SB.
But in IV, there's always parties to be had, 7 days a week. Except during summer break, when it's reduced to 4 nights a week.

do you go to UCSB? thats cool, now is everyone invited to these's 7 ady parties? or do you have to knwo someone?
UHH.. San Diego is not humid.
Maybe a few weeks out of the year, but were mainly 75 deg highs 59 lows and breezy.
Thats the general weather YEAR ROUND. Its not humid as we are a desert.
san diego has the best weather in the us. Its the most consistent and we only really have two seasons.
Pants and shorts seasons.
Chris, the housing market in san diego in crazy right now. I wouldn't reccomend buying here. My house is 4 bd 2.5 bath and was just appraised at over 500.
New homes will run roughly 475-700 for a 3-4 bdrm.
2300 sq ft.
Coastal property is just insanely overpriced here. No matter where you are in sd, youre no father than a 30 min. drive to the beach. Not that many of us go to the beach here.

i would have to say san diego also.
not only is the weather beautiful, but so are the scenery and people (except the SD HAN crew :fawk: ).
it's also great for social stuff, and a nice mix of people.
if i found a job in SD that payed the same as this one, i would be gone in a heartbeat.

Invited? Just walk up and down DP (Del Playa) until you find an open house. Ever see those pics of Mardi Gras? It's like that packed on weekends, and not quite as many titties...
There's always parties. IMO they're not chill usually, and sometimes bad shit goes down, but I don't hang around those places. Just talk to people, and you'll be invited to a party within a week.
Be careful. A disgustingly large amount of the people that troll the parties have STDs, so stay well stocked on condoms. Always remember... it's better to go home to your right hand than to follow some super-nappy woman who's been with every guy at the party...:ugh:

Graduated from UCSC, but then I moved back to my hometown of Santa Barbara to live at home (Cheap and good food abound!)
