All about Santa Barbara, but it costs too damn much to live here. I wouldn't reccomend it unless you can spare 600 to share a room, or 1100 to rent a studio apt.

yea, but then you'd be in SB. nothing really to do but surf adn smoke weed

if you're into urban life, SF and LA are teh places to be. sd and sb are waay laid back (even for californians). OC is like a lackluster LA. sure its quieter and cleaner (mostly) but it's boring.

LOL people here in SB think 85-90 degrees is the apocalypse, and 50 degrees is the coldest weather ever.

It's pretty much 60-80 degrees year round, and sunny like 80% of the year.

And there's IV (Isla Vista, the college town of UCSB). Wild-ass parties. In fact, if you've heard stories about how wild it gets, they're true

Well, I'm sure you'll learn all about the "Isla Vista Handshake" quickly enough

In Santa Barbara proper, everything dies when the bars close. There's a fraction of the cool shit like in SF... but mind you I grew up here, so I'm completely used to everything in SB.

But in IV, there's always parties to be had, 7 days a week. Except during summer break, when it's reduced to 4 nights a week.
