where did you check the weather? Did the site give you a year round weather analysis?

the weather is good all year round in Orange County, CA. I lived in Newport Beach for 5 years..... always cool.

doubt u can find anything with 3 bedrooms for under 300k

my aunt lives in a 5bedroom near the beach..
1.2m
no way ull find a nice house with a view like that for cheap

www.weather.com then type in SD 92007 zip code. While your at it type in 95758 so you can see what it's like here where I live.
