don't twist my words...I said he deserves what he's going through, not that he deserves to be found guilty. I think he deserves to be exposed that he cheated on his wife, and that its good that its out in the open on who he really is, an adulter.

You do know he did cheat on his wife right? Kobe even turned himself in to the authorities. How many people do you know who have just committed adultery go to the cops. None! That's how many. The only thing I am confused on is, was it rape or sexual assult that the Colorado Court has charged him with? I thought it was sexual assult, which in my minds doesn't mean just rape?

 

charged does not mean he is sentenced. Charged means that he will go to trial to see if he is innocent or guilty.

And how do you know that all he did was cheat on his wife? How do you know that he didn't continue after the girl said to stop? That's all it takes, she says stop, you keep going, sexual assault. All in all, no matter the outcome, Kobe loses. He's a stupid idiot for putting himself in this situation, especially when he's got a beautiful wife at home. I know it's hard to believe that Kobe could do this, but I doubt anyone expected Bill Clinton to get a hummer in the White House by an intern, while handling national affairs on the phone w/leaders of the world either.
