If all he did was cheat then he deserves to face the wrath of his wife only...not be charged with a sexual crime. If he did infact rape or abuse her then he is getting fair treatment. But to accuse someone of this when they have done nothing wrong is almost as bad as committing the act in the first place.

what ever happened to being innocent until proven guilty!!! im just sick of almost everyone assuming he's "guilty" already and they havent even gone to trial yet! my personal opinion...that girl that is accusing him of this is just out trying to get money and get known in the eye of the media!
