I think Kobe is stupid as hell for even putting himself in a situation like that. I also think his wife is stupid as hell for allowing him to brainwash her into thinking it was an isolated incident, a mistake, and standing by his side when in all actuality, she was the last thing on his mind when the 19 year old was giving it up.
Whether or not he is guilty of the charge against him:dunno: It's gonna be hard for her to prove, but we shall see.

charged is just a formal accusation...meaning it still has to be proven. He can still be found guilty or innocent.
In my opinion, he's still an ass. He deserves all this shit he's going through for cheating on his wife in the first place.
