are you ready to move in with her?

one of my best friends moved in with his girlfriend last year (they were both 20) and they still live together now. i just don't see him happy though. it seems that he's missing out a lot of good times and being young. i just think that he chose to move out and settle down too soon.

i'm not taking anything away from your relationship, i have no idea how close you are. moving in together is just a huge step. would you move in with a group of your boys? i know that's typical here, college town and all, and it's always good times. everyone has jobs, but rent is cheap between everyone in the house and it's always a party.

i moved out of my parents house and live with a bunch of my friends. while i go to school and work, the memories with these guys are amazing, and i wouldn't trade that for anything, since in 30 years i'll still remember these days. for me, there's lots of time to settle down later on.

i guess it all depends on where you stand in life. just because you need to get out of your mom's house doesn't mean you and alexis need to settle down and buy a home.

whatever you choose, i wish you the best of luck. follow your gut, only you know what's best for you.

by no means am i or alexis going to settle down and have the home life, we are still going to do what we like to do...aslong as i can ride my atv, and work on the car, im happy. she likes to go atving also,,,ive done alot of shit in my past, that is more than enough "tell me a story" type of ordeals...

we have been together for over 4 years

i would never move in with a bunch of guys.

well it should be more clear tomorrow when you guys talk. i guess if you both know that you're not settling down, it will work out. if you can maintain a home with all the bills then this might be a really good thing for you.

you may be going through a hard period with your parents, or it might always be like this ... but i hate to say it ... suck it up and stick it out with them. try to agree with them more no matter what and prepare yourself to leave over time.

the first thing you have to do is finish school and worry about yourself. i know you love your girlfriend, but after time, everything goes to shit.

I lived with my g/f for 3 years and we broke up. That last year living w/ her was the most miserable year of my life . Make sure you know what your gettin into and that your really confident and ready.
