imo...when u move out...ull b finding urself in a situation where ull "need" lots to b done...
i dont know how much ure making or ur lifestyle...but just move out whenever ure comfortable...

im in ur same shoes..<somewhat>
but i wont move out til i make at least 1500/month and still attend school...

 

rent is as much as mortgage these days

 

no kidding.. my apartment rent is more than the mortgage to my moms house

 

only reason that keeps me from moving out
rent in OC or anywhere around here sucks..
esp here in south coast metro/newportbeach/irvine

 

prices here in NY suck as well. I have my reliable car, my 2001 GSR but I am paying for grad school so thats where all my money goes. Without those payments I could rent or buy a place.
