Workout Krew
Just got done with my sets. Started lifting again last week, but decided to bulk up instead and just run to trim fat. Here's what I did for bench press:
8x 180lbs
8x 200lbs
8x180lbs
my buddy at work, who lifts, says he uses this method, does the whole pyramid thing with the weights, anyone else do it? I'm going to try it out and see if I get better results than I have when I used to lift. :wiggle:
I'm hoping to bump up to:
8x 200lbs
8x 220lbs
8x 200lbs
by the end of this month. I'm doing the pyramid thing for curls too, but am using: 130lbs;140lbs;130lbs h:

I used to lift like that, which did get me big pretty quick, but that was during my HS years and a little after. Now, I can't really do that cuz my shoulder get sore due to a small hairline crack in my collar bone, so I have to take it easy. Funny thing, I can lift a lot of weight and it won't get sore, but if I do more reps at a lighter, yet still heavy weight, it'll be sore as a mofo the next day.
