I just realised i have been kinda ignoring mine and started up a few weeks ago.
Shoulder press 3x12
Upright row 3x12 (you can do this one) http://www.exrx.net/WeightExercises/...prightRow.html
and this one ( http://www.exrx.net/WeightExercises/...eralRaise.html ) but I lay stomache down on an incline bench
These three are a great workout for the shoulder 1-2 times a week cause it hits the Anterior, Lateral and Posterior delts
