the problem is that teachers do teach for the desire to teach, but they aren't given enough to support a family comfortably. think about it, if somebody likes kids, theyre going to want their own kids, which cost money

instead of keeping the starting pay so low. they should raise it up and give more evaluations and test to the teachers. keep them on track.
private and charter > public.
