Not on my pc...it was on an install on a customers today. If I get a chance to go back tomorrow I'll try that.

also check that "never dial a connection" is selected (tools | internet options | connections).

i've had a problem similar to that one before, and it was usually solved by going through the setup wizard on that connections screen of ie. :dunno:

also did those

went back to customer's today & doing registry removal fixed it
