Default I'm weak :( Attn: Workout Squad.

physically

I remember when I was younger... I was much strong than I am now...

so i'm thinking of buying this

don't give me the join a gym etc because I hate working out in public. Always have. I used to have a soloflex when I was in highschool/college and it was great. But.. I don't have it anymore.

So the workout squad what you think?

i know im not in the workout squad, but here is an idea: get a mountain bike and go to some trails.

kepping your balance in the slow parts, and throwing the bike around in the fast parts works every muscle in your body.

you really get addicted to it. to the point that you will just go ride your bike around for the hell of it. i now ride my bike 10-20 miles a day(at 7200 ft of elevation) just around town when i dont feel like driving to the trails. and i have never been in this good of shape in my life.

Fakemeout Bowflex? At least get a Weider Crossbow if you don't want to drop the scrilla for a Bowflex. Then you can look like this guy:

No actually that is the real bowflex. It's just their cheapest model called motivator :chuckles:

as for mountain bike I'm not much into it. I'm a road bike enthusiast. i used to bike 300miles min. every week when i was in high school.

I'm not worried about my lower body, just my upper body.

I just curl weights, do pushups and do situps, and I'm in shape. Those machines are kind of overrated but are convienant I guess.

Just go to a sports store and buy a bench, dumbells, bar, and weights. I use to attend golds gym for over a year, it was great and all, but I prefer workin with my bench while watching TV

Go for it man. I got one friend who has been to a gym for a long time and also now has an Bowflex. He likes it a ton.

No more gym for him. Its faster, no line-ups, he's in the comfort of his own home. For some people its great, others dont like it.

I say go for it. Better then nothing

Yo rick!!!

Invest in a nice flat bench and the powerblock system.. Believe me, free weights is where its at.. you just have to focus on form and control..

the powerblock system is really compact and has more than enough weight to do flys curls shrugs presses etc.. look into it.. I know you'll save over the bowflex.
