I'm not looking to bulk up, just get toned/cut and build up some of the lost strength.

Soloflex was perfect for that. All the reviews i've read for the bowflex seems to be saying the same things.

Thats true.. bowflex is great for toning.

The truth of the matter is any consistent effort wil yield positive results..

All it take is 20 minutes a day snd you'll bee well off

I heard free weights give you more of a full workout because they require you to balance the weight properly using your muscles. :dunno:
