I've got the plan, just not the date yet. It will be a family and friend dinner party at Union Station ( nice restraunt inside) . Eat dinner, have a couple of drinks, just a nice evening. At that time my buddy will propose a toast because he will be announcing he's going into the airforce at that time. I will then announce a toast and then propose. They all will know except for her.
