in china they don't build one of these building and call it a day. they will build 10-20 of them, so of course there is going to be "quality" issues. when i was there in 2004 i was taking the train from Hangzhou to Shanghai. and on the way into Shanghai we saw an area where they were building like 40-50 apartment buildings. it was pretty amazing. but if they all have this build quality.... :ugh:
