I say "accidently" let the dog out and then call the animal control and say there is a dog loose in the neighborhood. They probably come and take it away and give them a ticket for the loose dog :chuckles:

I just talked to the realtor. She gave me this vacant stare and said, "Oh, when I'm done, it'll probably stop." ( :bs: ) I said, "Now how does that address the problem?" in a rather miffed tone. She just looked at me. "This is going nowhere.", I grumbled as I turned to walk out the front door. As I was leaving, the gal picked up the phone; I pray that she called the wife- she's the only one (in the entire goddamn neighborhood, it seems) who occasionally, thinks I might have a point complaining about the dogs..
