so i got a pork loin from the store too.
websites are saying 350ºF for like 45 minutes or until it reaches temperature.
should i sear it first? :thinking:
it is marinated, so it'll be a mess, but i think it's the way to go.

i cut the loin in half, seared each side and finished them at 350.
cut it thin as i could
made a slaw with carrot, radish, cauliflower, green onion, mayo, vinegar, salt, pepper and of course celery seed.
put it on a roll with a little dinosaur bbq sauce

oven or crock pot straight up
made some senoran hot dogs last night for dinner . . . hot dog wrapped in bacon then cooked in butter on a griddle . . . fresh onions, salsa, pinto beans, jalepeno sauce, mustard, ketchup, mayo mmmmmmm
fresh buffalo burgers for lunch today.

i've been cooking/grilling more these days since i moved in to my new place. somehow managed to take pictures but forgot that this thread existed h: here's some recent crap i've made...
some homemade guac. i like bringing out the flavors of the lime and cilantro
made some teriyaki chicken & pineapple burgers. turned out delish. here it is hangin' out w/ my homemade slaw
