I can pull the plugs and check to make sure everything is good with the wires to the starter.
It tends to be from my experience.

Is there a chance your timing is off for some reason?
Does it run rough when it runs? Cut out or anything like that?

Maybe fuel pump not giving enough fuel to start quickly? I'm not sure, but does Jeep have a fuel filter in the engine bay as well as the tank?

Runs fine. No issues at all.

My first thought was it wasnt getting fuel. Almost like when the car sits(long and short intervals) its losing all its pressure in the fuel lines.

I believe the only filter in the 2001 model is in the tank

If it was the filter it would starve as you increased fuel use.

Have you tried resetting the ECU? Might be a simple fix.
