I'll check their site again... I thought it was .11a they said was faster and better distance.

i have an 11b and it works great, nearly same speed on both computers

i thought .11b was better distance and faster?? neways back to the topic lol.. what would i be looking at on my laptop end for what i can put into my dell??

well considering you said you were covering significant distance and you're only using it to share the DSL. I would stick with 11b.

.11g is NOT the way to go right now. Many testing places have tested it and have found it's not all that it says.

It uses 2.4ghz.... just like everyone and their mom has a 2.4ghz phone... don't use that band. It's so crowded you'll have poor results.

that all I ask :wtc: I just want to be recongnized in a sea of noob and boobs :chuckles:

it should fit any new laptop. I think they use PC card technology so if it's an old azz laptop it probably wont fit.
