Lol - well if you are going to use the wood stoves, use as much of that as you can. Cus after a while (few years) that stuff will become worthless. It'll burn, but not as hot as before, and not for as long. But have to wood already blocked and spit - that is sweet. Backyard is pretty cool. Is there a back ally or something to access your garage to/from?

Wow...that yard is in need of lots of work as well. I would tear up the garden plots and if anything relocate them to the fence areas.

I used the stove just to check it out, and it works pretty well, but honestly I keep my furnace set to 62* and that is perfectly comfortable for me. I'll use whatever I can for camping and probably put the rest on craigslist.

:rofl: at no dishwasher being an issue ... wash your dishes after each meal and it solves the whole needing a dishwasher

i was bummin at first bout the whole no dishwasher after never not having one and now its like meh no biggie unless i have like a party and wind up with a ton of dishes

inside of that house isnt bad just needs updating ... my house is def worse but i prolly paid wayyyy less
