Cool - gonna do it over 1 room at a time? for some reason, taht bathroom looks like something that would have just been done over on the DIY network. All retro. Also, do the TSX floormats come with the house?

Oh my shit the cabinets are rancid! Congrats though! That's quite the steal. Spruce that baby up and I bet you will easily raise the equity also.

There is so much to do, it's hard to wrap my head around it. But my main plan is to save up for a year or so until I have a good $20k pad in my savings account before I go nuts remodeling. We'll see if I can actually stick to that. Priority #1 is the kitchen (mainly because there is no dishwasher), followed shortly by taking out the wood stove in the living room (and maybe moving it out to the garage :hsugh: )

TSX floormats are from the woman's car. I wanted to get a shot with saabaru + TSX + civic sitting together in the garage, but it might be a while before that happens. My civic is still in my buddy's front yard h:

Office and guest bedroom. For whatever reason, there is nice hardwood floor in the bedrooms and closets, but not in the rest of the house :eh:

I'm also not sure if it shows up in the pics, but there were an insane amount of screws/nails/etc in the walls. Holes everywhere! :crazyr:

The back yard. Has a shed for lawnmower and such, and garden plots (which I have no idea what I'll do with), and the concrete pad for parking. I was thinking of turning it into a basketball court instead

Also came with a lifetime supply of firewood. There is more behind the garage and in the basement.
