When I was looking for a job after graduation, even just part time retail jobs, nobody wants to meet you until it's interview time. You apply online, send a resume, that's it.

finding a job sucks.

the bank is probably receiving thousands of online applications, so going in might make you stand out somewhat more.

Applying for another job right now...I swear these fucking assessment tests are so FUCKING annoying! 36 pages of Agree/Disagree/Suckmynuts/bullshit. And most of the time there is the same question 10+ times

There was another dude in there that either was in for an interview or asking questions like me and he was in jeans, and a sweater...there I was suit and tie h:
