That's what I was thinking about but I know sometimes you can use that as a ghetto patch panel

we got one of those at our work. there should be a main one you connect the router too. and then you connect the other cpu's and stuff to that.

it's hard to tell from the pic how much room there actually is.. It looks OK though, a little cluttered with those cylindrical pillows everywhere and whatever that bronze looking statue is. Not feeling the coffee table.. I would go with something that has a glass top (takes no visual space) and less circular shape to the base (to keep it modern looking). If you have space i would get a stainless steel island to close off/complete the kitchen. Also, I would add some bright colors.. earth tones are too muted with the wood floors and brick walls. I like the set up as far as position of everything, like TV, coffee table and couch.

yeah those wood statues will be going somewhere else. I'm planning on getting a shelving unt behind the couch and put my DVD, book and shit like that in it.

the coffee table is a must for everyday because it can open up into a bigger table and i dont have a dining table. Also i dont really like glass coffee tables... kinda tacky IMO

Those poofs i agree though. I need to find a place to put them. I've been picking them up from different countries and they are great as foot rests. maybe i'll just leave 1 or 2.

Something colourfull would look nice. I'm thinking something red... i dont know what though. maybe i can pick up a colourfull shelving unit. Or maybe a carpet in the kitchen area. that painting on the birck wall is actually colourfull.

You know everyone always say that you should buy and not rent and all that. but man this place feels alot more comfy, alot more to my taste, alot more like home then my condo ever felt. I feel like my happiness level really doubled in just a week
