that's good. what i noticed from apartments is that if you have anal neighbors it can be pretty shitty
Same for condo... at my old place this lady downstairs from me kept harassing me. Even when i was moving in she called the cops because of the noise... cops came in notced i was moving and they just laguh at the lady.
one year i didn't even stay at the condo yet she would call the cops over and over saying i was making noise. She told the cops that i was keeping some underaged girls agaisnt her will and that she was some sort of a sex slave... and thats why when i wasn't there she would make noise to try to escape.
The cops would go to her place and would noticed that she just wasn't all there... She would actually sleep under her table because of the so called noise. Then they would come to myplace and realize the lady was just crazy. I explained to the cops that she's crazy and that it's annoying to have cops over all the time because once in a while i like to smoke a bowl and that it would turn out negativily if they were to catch me with it. The cops just said they wouldn't do anything in this case... yet still it was very annoying.
This lasted for 4 years
So now i know to just say hi to all the neighbours as i see them but in a week haven't met many of them.
