it is exactly wat it is. a stupid (although unfortunately still dangerous unless fixed) flaw.

Darwinism. They taught us in driving school that if the throttle got stuck open, we simply should throw it into neutral or shut the engine off. Ive had cheap floormats do the same thing in traffic and you dont see me looking like meat waffles on the side of the road.
