Pizza Delivery Question

When you order takeout (pizza is the norm...) and they charge a delivery fee do you still tip?

I do since i have no idea where that delivery fee goes...if it goes to the driver, or to the owner...

never have had a delivery fee. i would assume it goes to the business and i probably would still tip the dude.

The delivery charge usually doesn't go to the driver.

I usually tip $4-5

Ill tip 3 bucks unless 'keep the change' equals to giving the dude a few pieces of silver more.

We ordered pizza last night....The place is literally 2 minutes away and across the street. They charged us $2 for delivery fee..so needless to say the delivery driver did not receive a tip.
