While I understand what you mean, I actually take offense to that comment about my "lack of logic"

So if they arent helping me as of yet, what am I supposed to do? LEave the car there for when they feel like doing their job?

It's just that you keep having problems with cops and wonder why. It seems like you push the rules a lot. I think that car is most likely stolen and not reported yet. Had anyone seen you driving the potentially stolen car (even if it was just a couple of feet) you could have been in a load of trouble. Play it safe dude. No worth getting in trouble over.
