lol yeah fking 104 cops are fking lazy pussies. they dont doshit and even other cops talk bad real bad about them no joke. i was once pulled over and they ask me what that metal thing in the back was and Isaid it was a sterring wheel club because ppl keep breaking into my car. cop ask me: is that 104 precint? me:yes. cops/detective: 104 suck thats why they keep breaking into ur car. lazy cops at 104 precint they suckkkkkkk
