I noted the plate number and gave it to 311 and the officer that called me.
The Van has Florida tags, county of Manatee.
Does anyone have access to verify if a vehicle has been stolen if I provide you the tag number?

Hopefully being a resident of Dade county would get the sheriff to help. Even though its out of his jurisdiction maybe he can make a phone call.

Damn that sucks. Hopefully you can get him towed at some point.
Had a guy park his beater saab in front of our driveway once in college, blocking 2 cars in. There was a ton of open spots on the block, so it was really annoying. One of my roommates jimmied open the rear passenger door with a coathanger, and we rolled the car forward out of the way. He had a ton of crap in his car (mcd's bags, coke cans, etc.), so we piled as much trash onto his driver's seat as possible. About 4 hours later we hear the guy come back, open his door and start cursing up a storm. It was very satisfying.h:

ok, so i spoke to neighbor who told me van is still there. I'm leaving work in about 20 minutes. So far i've been pissed all day because I couldnt make it to my buddies fishing trip last night. I'm uber pissed.
So if its still there in the hour or so it takes me to get home. I will move it myself. I'll jimmy the door and hot wire it or something but, I want that VAN gone.
