why? i can understand a little, and one of the reasons is because i dont want to have to take care of them and do more of the things i want to do, without having to worry about some little tike running around.
if i did have kids, i wouldnt want them till i was almost 30.. but as it stands now, i dont want them, and i know my gf will want them eventually..

I have a daughter and I would give my life for her. Till you have a kid, you don't know what you are missing. Don't get scared because you hear or see someone having hard time with their infant. They don't stay that small for very long and even thought I was BITCHING every day when my daughter was sick, I miss her being so small now. BTW, I never wanted to have kids either till I had one..

I think 2 is a great number. 1 you get only child syndrome, 3 you get the left out child. 2 is a great number.
I would prefer 2 boys, but also would be great with an older son to protect his little sister.
My brother has three girls...the way our family works though is one side gets girls the other boys...so maybe I get boys.

Ill admit my reasons are slightly selfish, but really, why should I WANT to have a kid? Id much rather go my life on my own without children. So what if my parents decided not to have kids? Thats their right and I wouldnt be here.. big deal. What says everyone has to have children?

And I totally agree with you puffy. All of my friends/family that have kids love every second with them. Hell one of my friends still runs and surfs damn near every day and he has a 4 month old at home. Basically each parents takes her so the other gets to do what they want around the house and they are still traveling, still seeing things.

It is like going to the pound/shelter and picking a dog/cat from there rather than wasting $1500 on a yippy shaking chihuahua (Worst fucking dog ever). Now I am merely correlating the two...not saying a kid is an animal
