Workout Crew... When is it the best time?
When is it the best time to workout "Morning, Noon, Evening"? What time do you start and for how long?

I usually work out in the afternoon. My body isn't ready for intense physical activity in the morning. I like to have had some food...carbs/protein before I get in the gym.

All other things being equal, morning is best for cardio/losing weight. Weight lifting doesn't really make a difference.
I would find it tough to do weight lifting in the morning for the simple fact that I would be physically tired for the rest of the day.

Lots of coaches and trainers tell me your body performs its best 4-5 hours after waking up in coordination with proper meal scheduling. Many olympic atheletes go by this theory successfully.
As far as fitting in a workout to YOUR schedule, any timeslot will work. As long as you eat breakfast within an hour after waking up, meals/snacks are properly spaced apart (every 2.5-4 hours), and proper rest/sleep action is taken.
