House Update v. major improvement
i started moving some of my stuff in tonight ... i'll grab more pics tommorow
let me just say before i post more ... the living room looks fuckin amazing. cant wait to get some furniture / trim work done

Ive been taking some. No pics until finish though. Heres what was/will need done.
-Rip down old frame hiding the hvac
-Enclose sliding closet door and put up a stud in its place and drywall over it.
-Run some newer wiring
-Drywall over existing wood paneling walls
-mud all walls
-prime walls and ceiling
-paint walls and ceiling
-Add crown and baseboard molding
-Install laminate flooring
-Add a new main light and put maybe track lights under the new hvac fame i built.
I maybe overbuild the HVAC frame. I was testing out my shoulder and was hanging on it and it held no problem

considering that floor is 80 years old it's not surprising there is some settling that caused a bit of a rise. its not that bad in person but it is cuz the floor has settled and shifted in some spots. given the shape of the house prior to this it's no surprise it wasnt taken care of
