I was just came home being being in Indianapolis and it seemed every place I went to, restaurant, movies, gun range. All asked if I would like to donate a dollar.
I said no to all except for the chick in the movie theather. She was pretty cute. So I didnt want to seem like a cheapskate.

I then remembered I'm married and was about to ask for my dollar back. lol

Ya...the one here, they go "whoo hoo! blah blah blah" over the pA

I thought it was a good idea.

stop and shop is the big one around here. they been doing the Jimmy fund tickets at least 10-15 years. you spend a dollar, it goes to jimmy fund. you get a free low priced item in the store worth up to 4 dollars and a chance to win one of these $5/$10/$50/$100/$500/$1,000/$5,000/$10,000

Yeah, definitely safeway. The cashiers used to ask out loud, but I think someone complained to them about it...probably felt bad saying no in front of the rest of their line. Now it's programmed on the ATM/Credit card swiper.

I think the reason I initially posted this is I got asked at two different locations that I didn't expect. Went to the movies, got asked there, then went and got a sandwhich at Arby's (I get em free since I own the joint) and I was asked again to donate. It's getting out of control!
