no reason for a bathtub upstairs from my point of view. We have 2 on the first floor of the house. These are would be used when I work from home or I am designing CNC stuff since the upstairs will be my office.

I hope it to be pretty nice.
I am going to have a house warming party, but it will be dry, so don't come if you are expecting to drink
There will be plenty of food though.
