whats a good routine?
I recently had to changed my work schedule to nights. I haven't found a way to balance my food and workout routine. So far this is what I've been doing...
8:30am: get home/eat breakfest/sleep
2pm: wake up/eat/shower
3pm-7pm: run errands ect...
8pm: eat dinner/try to workout or watch t.v
9pm-11pm: nap before work
What do you guys think is a good balance? I've heard alot of times working over night isn't healthy. Some nights I'm lucky to get a full night of sleep on the job, so thats good. I work 12am to 8am

Your sleeping pattern is wacked out. 5 hours after work, then 2 more before? That's not good as far as getting enough REM sleep.
If I were you, I'd do this:
Midnight to 8 am - Work
8 am to 10 am - gym/workout
10 am - 11 am - meal
11 am - 3 pm - errands, tv, hanging out, etc.
3 pm - 11 pm - sleep
11 pm - midnight - wake up, get ready, quick breakfast, head to work
It may seem difficult, but thats basically a typical day for most people, just shifted to accomodate your work schedule. Try as best as you can to group your sleep into ONE block of time.

LOL...the good 'ol night schedule. Try working 5 pm-5:30 am. It sucks.
My schedule is like this:
5 pm to 5:30 am - work
5:30 am - 6:30 am - meal
6:30 am - 8:30 am - tv/errands/fapping/HAN/whatever
8:30 am - 3:30 pm - sleep
3:30 pm - 4:30 pm - wake up/get ready/more quick errands/head to work
I mostly try to run/work out on my days off now. :hs:

i work 830pm-5am sun-thurs (so i dont have to work friday night).
i usually knock out around 6am and wake up around 12-1pm. If i dont catch a nap before work it isnt the end of the world but it helps. 6-7 hours of sleep is adequate.
