Midnight to 8 am - Work
8 am to 10 am - gym/workout
10 am - 11 am - meal
11 am - 3 pm - errands, tv, hanging out, etc.
3 pm - 11 pm - sleep
11 pm - midnight - wake up, get ready, quick breakfast, head to work


It may seem difficult, but thats basically a typical day for most people, just shifted to accomodate your work schedule. Try as best as you can to group your sleep into ONE block of time.
