whats a good routine?
I recently had to changed my work schedule to nights. I haven't found a way to balance my food and workout routine. So far this is what I've been doing...
8:30am: get home/eat breakfest/sleep
2pm: wake up/eat/shower
3pm-7pm: run errands ect...
8pm: eat dinner/try to workout or watch t.v
9pm-11pm: nap before work
What do you guys think is a good balance? I've heard alot of times working over night isn't healthy. Some nights I'm lucky to get a full night of sleep on the job, so thats good. I work 12am to 8am
