People who get all high and mighty about "underground hip hop" don't think it's a separate form of music from "commercial hip hop," they just think it's better. But it's all techno.

No. Techno is high pitched and whiney. It's nothing like the other genres.
Electronica just branches off into different genres. But it's not all techno.
