I'd argue that skating is the number one way to royally and permanently fuck up your ankles. That sport is brutal.

ever since i broke my wrist riding i puss out when it comes to rails and major ramps h:

and the skateboard hasnt been touched since i broke the wrist either, i stick to snow now. the board sits against the wall in the bedroom :hs:

Yeah I have a hand that never healed correctly even after pins because of skating

Also broken and seperated a few ribs, concussions, several knee and ankle injuries...the list goes on. I still love the sport, but it's a young mans game unless you stay in it the whole way along.

ya and ever since i fucked up my leg on new years my knee hasnt been the same. ive been watching a lot of old vids going fuck! just pick it up again man, but we dont heal like we use to

TMJ ftl. If I don't shift my jaw properly before bed, it hinges weird and gets sore.
I'm getting a night-guard from clenching my jaw during sleep.
