what might be right for me may not be right for some. dr actually told me to keep it under 950 but for no longer then 4 months so far its been 2 and half months
well as long as you realize it isn't sustainable. Despite all the cardio, your metabolism is really taking a hit due to so few calories. This makes it harder to burn fat once you adjust your diet back to regular caloric levels. But good luck regardless.
