yes she is, still have 26days to kick it up a notch. started at 38 now my 36's are fitting loose, hoping to be 34 when she gets back.

850 cals? That is horrible. You should definitely be eating more than that, especially if you're working out regularly.

what might be right for me may not be right for some. dr actually told me to keep it under 950 but for no longer then 4 months so far its been 2 and half months
