I used to listen to heavier stuff back in high school, not so much anymore.. every once in a while I'll fall asleep to a concert dvd.

And then one winged angel comes on and Rico goes down the hall to sleep with mommy and daddy.

I used to need to listen to music to go to sleep every night. Don't need it anymore, though.

My first sentence had the word "to" 5 times. h:

Haven't done it in a while, but can be very soothing. I think I've had a few instances where the alarm clock wouldn't get me up right away though...

I've heard of studies that promote Baroque music while studying. Anybody heard that also?

I can't sleep with any noise except white noise. When I lived in Guadalajara, it took a long time for me to get used to the street noise.

When I pass out on friends' couches, they often leave the TV on, and I'll get up and turn it off and drift back to sleep, only to wake up 20 minutes later and it's back on

I can't sleep unless it's completely silent. If I stay at a friends house where you can here traffic outside I can't fall asleep.
