Has anyone ever tried...
i prefer silence.
the woman likes the tv to be on, but puts the sleep timer on.
i can still sleep though that.
i can sleep through anything, well except a dog walking on my head and or cotton mouth.

Time your music selections so that when it's time to wake you are listening to "Ride of the Valkyries"...see if it wakes you up when you want to wake.

i almost always have music playing when i go to sleep ... something to drown out the city noise. i cant stand it, growing up in the middle of nowhere i'm used to silence and all the noise really makes it hard to sleep good. in the last 3 years the only time i've had a good nights sleep is when i was drunk or back up north at the parents
