Oh man, really want to move to the suburbs
I just looked at a house today in Westminster (about half way between Boulder and Denver) that's about $40k less than my condo. It's also about 2.5 times as big, has an extra bedroom, bath, 2-car garage, yard etc. Even a pretty decent location for the 'burbs, close to golf course, restaurants, etc.
Sooo tempting. :rick:
Unluckily (or lucky, depending on how you look at it), it's going to auction pretty soon and I can't afford it without selling my condo first. I probably couldn't get my condo sold and closed before it goes to auction, so some lucky SOB is gonna get it instead. :-/
