Oh man, really want to move to the suburbs
Where in Westy is it? I think that after spending so much time in the "culture" of Boulder, you might like the burbs less than you think. I went from Boulder to Superior to downtown Denver to Littleton, and I definitely have to say that Boulder & Denver were way more fun than Superior or Littleton.
In Boulder and Denver I had a ton of stuff within walking distance, lots of cool shops & restaurants, and a short commute (in Denver), and felt like I was in the center of everything. The burbs just seem too family oriented, too far from the action, too far from my job, and have too many chains and big-box stores -- especially Westminster, which not only feels family oriented but a little "low-rent."

h:I pretty much never "hang out" in Boulder anymore, I go to Denver every weekend. But I still work in Boulder, and will for the forseeable future, so that's kinda why I like this location. My current home isn't exactly "urbanite" either... walking to pearl street still takes almost an hour.
