Nice...

this guys does 4 - 5 solid reps though... it amazes me. Pumps me up like hell for the rest of my workout though

damn i need someone to spot me, i be afraid to try anything over 205. i go up to 195 x 6/7 then quit, due to being a lil wuss. i use to do 205 x 10 back in the day when someone spotted me.

you definitely have to have a spotter. Without one you cant get max your potential. I usually try to do a max weight like 175 and do it as many times as I can, like 5 or 6 reps or whatever. Then go down to an easily manageable weight like 95 lbs and go until you can lift the bar up anymore. This gives a really good burn
