From what I saw a few days ago...the guy wasnt resisting during the prior seconds of him getting shot. He was on his belly.

for a second there i thought I was playing COD4, i was getting dizzy and nauseated from vid.

 

I know the officer involved in this shooting. He just turned 27 on Monday and had his first kid on Sunday. I haven't been able to talk to him personally, but I can't imagine what he is going through. They even have witnesses that said the cops were saying, "Stop resisting or you will get tazered".

 

yea the guy must be devastated, but so must the victim's family.

 

I know, I can totally see where both sides are coming from in this case. I can't imagine how either family is feeling right now.
